You built a brand people love. Let's nurture them to keep coming back.
Since 2020, our team of 11 has cared for the email programs of 46 ecommerce brands, many of them in health, wellness and beauty. We plan, write, design and send your emails and SMS, so email becomes a steady part of your revenue, and one less thing on your mind.
Is done-for-you email right for you right now?
Every brand is at its own stage, and that's okay. Here's how to tell if you're ready for us to take your email program off your hands, or if a lighter start would serve you better.
You make the final call. We take care of your email program.
Your goals lead the way. We own the email program that supports them: the planning, building, sending and improving. You're kept in the loop and have the final say on everything that goes out to your customers.
Your team
Guides the strategy across every account and stays close to your results.
βI believe in real connection: showing up as a strategic partner, not just a vendor, and sending emails that build trust one send at a time.β
Responsible for your whole email program: strategy, performance, flows, campaigns, deliverability and list health. If it touches your email, they're on it.
Builds your flows, segments and signup forms, sets up tests, and schedules every campaign.
Writes in your brand voice, so every email sounds like you and gives your customers a reason to click and buy.
Designs emails that look like your brand and guide your customers' eyes to the product and the button.
Checks every link, every render and every send before it reaches your customers.
Your first 90 days
- 1Week 1
Getting to know you
We look through your Klaviyo account together: what's working, what's missing, and what matters most to you. Email share of revenue, deliverability, signup forms, segments and flows.
- 2Weeks 2β3
Your essentials go live
Each must-have flow goes live as soon as it's ready (often from week 2): welcome series and popup, abandoned cart and checkout, browse abandonment, site abandonment and post-purchase. Then your campaigns start sending.
- 3Day 45
Your first results review
After 30 days of sending, we look at engagement, clean your list, and walk you through what moved. Our clients typically see email's share of revenue up about 5 points by now.
- 4Days 45β90
Learning and growing
We learn which emails your customers open, click and buy from, and send more of those. Our clients typically see email's share of revenue up about 10 points by around day 90.
Every month after that
- Campaigns: a calendar planned with you, around your launches, promos and seasons
- Flow optimization: we review your flows' performance and test, add, adjust or remove emails
- Deliverability and list health: ongoing monitoring, inbox testing and list cleaning, so your emails keep landing in the inbox
- Segmentation and list growth: sending the right email to the right customers, and keeping your signup forms working hard
- Your approval: on every creative and the strategy, before anything sends
- Monthly report and strategy call: or a Loom, if that suits your week better
- Your own Slack channel: on weekdays, for questions, ideas and celebrating your wins together
We don't work weekends. Our team has families and lives too, and we believe rested people write better emails.
What steady, caring email can do.
Every brand is different, and so is every list. But here's what's happened when founders handed their email program to our team.
Revenue figures are Klaviyo-attributed email and SMS revenue across Lively Bee Studio client accounts, 2020β2026.
Three brands, three stories
Email became their biggest channel.
In one month, email revenue jumped 213% to β¬50K, 58% of store revenue. The next month it grew another 53%, to β¬76.8K: 76% of all store revenue.

Two launches, planned with care.
In a usual month, email brings in about $33.9K. We planned the launch campaigns, and email hit $46.5K (+37%) and $37K (+9%) in the two launch months, with store revenue up 49% and 11% on that usual month.

Steady growth from a planned mix.
Six months on our planned campaign mix, compared with the six months before: email revenue grew from $505K to $621K (+23%), and email's share of store revenue went from 36% to 38%, while store revenue itself grew 16%.

A partner who cares about your brand as much as you do.
We understand wellness and beauty.
Your customers read labels, ask questions and need to trust you before they buy. We write emails that earn that trust, instead of wearing it thin with a discount every other day.
Connection first, discounts second.
We mix founder letters, how-tos, product stories, customer wins and polls with your promos. Then we see which ones your customers love, and send more of those.
A whole team, without the hiring.
Strategy, Klaviyo, copy, design and QC, without recruiting, training or managing anyone.
Someone who owns it, and a founder who cares.
Your account manager takes responsibility for your whole email program, and Fergie stays close to every account.
Clear pricing, no surprises.
Our plans are on the pricing page, so you can look in your own time before we talk.
We're here for the long run.
Our clients stay 18+ months, because email gets better the longer we learn about your customers together.

Questions founders often ask us
How involved do I need to be?
As much or as little as suits you. Most founders spend a few minutes a week approving emails, plus one monthly call. You always have the final say.
How soon will I see results?
Your flows go live as soon as they're ready, often from week 2, and your campaigns start soon after. Our clients typically see email's share of revenue up about 5 points by day 45 and about 10 by around day 90.
Do you do SMS too?
Yes, as an add-on from $350/month, depending on your list size and how many messages you send.
What does it cost?
Plans start at $1,000/month. See all plans and what's included.
Will the emails sound like my brand?
That's what we care about most. We get to know your brand voice before we write a word, and you approve everything before it sends.
I'm not ready for a retainer. Can I start smaller?
Of course. Our $550 Klaviyo Deep Audit gives you a full look at your account and a 1:1 walkthrough. If you decide to work with us within 30 days, the fee goes toward your first month.
What happens on the call?
It's a relaxed 20-minute chat, no pitch deck. We'll ask about your brand, your goals and where email fits, and tell you honestly whether we're the right team for you.
Let's make email feel easier.
Book a 20-minute chat. We'll listen first, and if we're not the right fit, we'll point you to what is.
