Which email platform do you work with?
We're Klaviyo specialists. All our plans, audits and coaching are built around Klaviyo.
What counts as an "email item"?
Each campaign is one item, and each flow build or optimisation is three items (three emails). The two are interchangeable: if there's no flow to work on in a given month, those items go to extra campaigns.
What if I need more emails than Flourish includes?
That's what Custom is for. It suits bigger lists that send daily or several times a day. Book a call and we'll scope it with you.
Can I add SMS?
Yes. SMS starts from $350/mo and can be added to any done-for-you plan. The price depends on your list size and how many messages we manage each month.
How fast will my emails go live?
For new clients, your core flows are sending by week 3, along with your first month of campaigns.
When is your team available?
Monday to Friday. We don't work weekends, because we believe in rest for our team, and for you. Messages sent over the weekend get answered on Monday.
Does the Deep Audit fee count toward a plan?
Yes. If you sign up for any done-for-you plan within 30 days of your audit, the full $550 is credited to your first month.
