An Email Marketing Lead Strategist is a pivotal role involves leading email marketing efforts, ensuring data-driven strategies to drive client success in D2C marketing.

Email Marketing Lead Strategist responsibilities:

  • Oversee reporting and performance analytics across accounts.

  • Monitor Klaviyo accounts email marketing performance from campaigns, automations (flows), and segmentation; extracting actionable insights.

  • Develop strategic recommendations based on analytics, Clients’ preferences and inquiries, to support Account Managers decision making.

  • Design and oversee A/B testing experiments to fuel accounts growth.

  • Ensure consistency, improvement, and alignment of Email & SMS creative to support growth.

Qualifications:

  • Strategic and analytical thinking

  • Strong data analysis

  • Holistic understanding of eCommerce

  • Holistic understanding of Email and SMS Marketing

  • Klaviyo experience is a must

  • Holistic understanding of branding

  • Self-starter and accountable

  • Comfortable of working 100% remotely, managing your own schedule to fit with the workload, deadlines, and teams schedule, without direct supervision

  • Team player - good communication skills, helpful, and ask for help when needed

  • Learner - you are curious, open to learn new things, and motivated to get better

Type of Employment:

  • Collaboration contract, depending on number of projects.

Compensation:

  • $5,160 - $10,750 / year (depending on number of projects)

Hours:

  • Preferably within CET working hours (9.00 AM - 6.00 PM CET), with at least an overlap of 4 hours with EST working hours (9.00 AM - 6.00 PM EST).
