An Email Marketing Account Manager is the front warrior of our email marketing team, nurturing healthy and loving relationship with the clients and the team. This role is centralized on our clients’ accounts health and growth by creating the overall email marketing strategy in liaison with the clients and oversee the strategy execution, ensuring that the emails will bring our clients to their goals.

Email Marketing Account Manager responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact and nurture positive collaborative work between Lively Bee Studio and up to 10 clients.

  • Email marketing account monitoring. Analyzing the metrics used to identify client progress and success such as engagement, conversion, and revenue.

  • Strategy planning with the Clients to meet and exceed their goals. Translate said strategy to a clear set of directions to fellow team members to execute, both for monthly campaigns and automation (flows) optimization.

  • Plan and giving directions for experimentations or optimization tests.

  • Oversee and monitor project management and delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Holistic understanding of eCommerce

  • Holistic understanding of Email and SMS Marketing

  • Fluent English-speaking

  • Client management experience is a must

  • Klaviyo experience is preferable

  • Holistic understanding of branding

  • Self-starter and accountable

  • Comfortable of working 100% remotely, managing your own schedule to fit with the workload, deadlines, and teams schedule, without direct supervision

  • Team player - good communication skills, helpful, and ask for help when needed

  • Learner - you are curious, open to learn new things, and motivated to get better

  • Kind.

Day-to-Day:

  • Monitoring email marketing performance across all accounts and define opportunities for improvements

  • Oversee email marketing delivery and execution

  • Client communication: planning, approvals, updates, and follow ups

  • Monthly client calls

  • Monthly campaigns and flows strategy planning

Type of Employment:

  • Collaboration contract, depending on number of projects.

Compensation:

  • $9,000 - $18,000 / year (depending on number of projects)

Hours:

  • Flexible, preferably to overlap at least 4 hours with CET working hours (9.00 AM - 6.00 PM CET)
